Losing the 2027 first sounds bad but when you factor in Tassie and hopefully a top 4 finish it ends up being pick 23 before you factor in father sons and academy players. Hopefully, Carlton suck in a couple of years and their FF2 is pretty juicy.

Yeah agree 100%. it's not a magic wand but I think our forward line needed a legit spearhead and it allows Amartey and McDonald to play with less pressure.

With the picks coming back to us this year its actually not a bad trade, as other posters have highlighted the FF1 is likely to be in the mid 20s.

We'll be trading out more players in the next two years as well...
