His kicking is super elite

Already kicks goals from 60m and has barely done a leg weight

Very accurate too and also laces guys out over distance with his field kick

Endurance is elite for role too

is under developed with huge ceiling / upside

If I was to believe everything positive about this guy he’d be going pick 1 with a gap to 2nd. And yet we’re talking about getting him around 20.

So selections that are firming

WCE - Duursma, CDT and Addinsall
Rich - Cumming, Robey
Ess - Sharp, Taylor, Dovaston
Melb - Farrow, Nairn
Haw - Grlj
WB - Lindsay, Emmett
Adel - Marsh
North - Barker at 2nd pick

Surely there’s some surprises tmrw night

Probably because he's seen as a tweener half forward but I doubt that will be where he plays for too long, IMOP he has Wingman written all over him.

I have seen people saying he could end up a gunston clone with his skillset? I'd take that in a player (not gunstons d*ckhead attitude of course towards us😉)

Cavanagh has us taking Marsh.

Also another to link us to Ludowyke.

Ludo is an interesting one…great size and should fill out with his big frame, reasonable athlete and a fluent albeit inconsistent kick. Willing to apply defensive pressure too. Also very young, turns 18 on draft night.

Still prefer Marsh by some way though and that’s without considering the local factor.

Ludo is prone to double grabbing and a real confidence player. For a bloke his height he drops too many marks.

Sounds like you’re talking about Shaun McKernan.

You would think if we have been linked to Lachlan Dovaston then we would no doubt be looking at Talor Byrne as the next best option.

I would hope that we could trade up to get him if he falls late in the second round as some phantom drafts have him going.

My favourite tall from a long way out in this draft Liam Hetherton now seems to be a big mover...and rightfully so, gone from not being spoken about at all to now well in the early 2nd round discussions hopefully now out of Port's reach. Twomey now has him going to the Hawks at pick 27 one spot below Aiden Schubert who is easily the biggest slider if this happens on draft night.

Restricted. No chance Port don’t match (they just offered NWM $2 million a year so have the money).

It will have to be a trade.
Unless there is a Carr crash & they finish near the bottom...

Nah, even if they did and the compo pick was pick 2 or 3 or 4, if they match this literally could be a 3 or 4 1st round pick trade scenario. It will be too big a haul incoming to not match.

4 first rounders? Maybe if they are in the 20s.

Cameron went for 13, 15, 20 with two 2nd rounders going to Geelong.

Would you prefer pick 2, after pick 1.... or a few mid range 1st round picks in compromised drafts?
