Moderators will intervene for a couple of reasons.

Reading between the lines, appears not.
For Michael, it’ll be an objective eye and someone who Michael can talk to from time to time to get an objective view of what’s going on here at the footy club. For the broader coaching group, we really want to continue to invest in their development, so we believe having someone like Adam who can help from a coaching perspective with a broader assistant and development coaching group will be another thing that will be fantastic for them.

TBH I think these ^ two are potentially the most dangerous for Op Defenders in the future.

O'Keefe: I believe he will play the Fwd/Ruck position more than the others (Reidy/McKay) and has the potential to be the hardest of our forwards to cover by OP Defense. Especially if he starts kicking 2/3 regularly.

Kemp: I still don't think we've seen the best of him yet. Depending on how his recovery goes, when he starts to find his spring again and get his confidence back, I feel he could easily become our most potent forward. Has ridiculously good hands and with other KPFs to cover, if he hits form I think he'll start kicking bags TBH.
