So the ferals who have been attacking oil and gas facilities in a number of countries that have not been attacking Iran, got angry when the israeli's attacked a gas facility in Iran ( which i'm not sure the USA would have appreciated ) and attacked Bahrain's facilities in revenge. Its really hard to find reliable data.
This disputes the graph above, and seems more in line with the media reports.

The cluster missiles are more likely to hit "something " but less likely to hit something strategic, unless its something sprawling.
