He is not up to it - why we continued to kick the ball to him is beyond me - every ball should have been directed at Brown. Maj is a horrible forward.Watched Majak closely today and he doesn't run. Just walks/jogs.

But they still lol at Richmond. The footy gods hate us
Meh. I find it hard to be too critical of Jack. Keeps being played in the wrong position and I'll be amazed if he isn't mainlining painkillers mid game to deal with pain. He looks in terrible health. Still tries his guts out though, and a lot of those hack kicks are to no one's advantage and under serious pressure. It does kill me a bit on the inside when he miskicks a simple 20-30 meter kick under minimal pressure, same as it does when a dozen other players do the same thing every 6th disposal.
Yeah, he should have better decision making and disposal, but so should 90% of our squad. I've accepted he will always be a B+ or A- player at best unless the team is reshaped.
IMO the club is doing him a disservice.
Kersten and Nyhuis, what's the common denominator?
Robbie Tarrant.
We kick one more goal each game and we'd have won five more games and be equal 4th.
We're not contending this year, but we're very competitive while playing a lot of kids and we'll pick up a top pick for once.
Don't sweat the small stuff, we're cool.
Goldy makes me sad and angry. Cranky to be exact. There was a period in the second where he visibly lifted. He jumped. He moved his arms around while holding the ball in a tackle trying to get rid of it. He tried to outmuscle the fat kid. He looked a different player. literally. And then he buggered off again. Night and day in terms of intensity when looking at that short period. He is clearly still CAPABLE. I think the bronx cheers prickled his pride a bit. Then he remembered he cant be ****** and went through the motions.
Wagner's first 7 games have all been losses. I wonder who the last NMFC player was to wait so long to sing the song?
The coach refers to it as working on our flexibility. I hate to say it but it smells a lot like the 't' word to me.....Got us back into it in that second half.
Why he was down back first half....who ******* knows.
Serious question: if you could only keep one who would it be? Tarrent or Goldstein?Kersten and Nyhuis, what's the common denominator?
Robbie Tarrant.
I'd rather a winning culture and get pick 5 or 6 . Kelly and Martin won't be coming if we can't win a gameI'll take the #2 draft pick over a win any day, a win would have been nice but not at the expense of a number 1 or 2 draft selection.
garner seems to have to many "possum in the headlights" moments for me.Other thoughts....
Glad to see LT doing reasonably well in a new position.
Brown's marking today was amazing, competed beautifully all day. Some games he looks really limited when not just marking balls on the lead, today wasn't one of those days.
Happy with Luke's game, seeing more and more glimpses of what he will bring to us. Ability/willingness to take on tacklers and break through or get a good disposal off will be a real asset, as well as his bravery, marking ability, and improved skills.
The kids were a mixed bag, but they are always going to be at this stage of their (both individual and team) development. We're getting games into them, that's the main thing. Dumont is a bit of a worry atm though, and I'm really holding out on Garner's skills suddenly clicking.
I thought Thompson was one of our best backs, continues to be one of our better players on his good days.
Fremantle are pretty terrible, even before all their injuries. We didn't exactly cover ourselves on glory today. Good for them, I guess.
