The crows achllies heel is there home ground fortress. Traditionally a hard road trip for most away teams. That's looking shaky this year and they've lost two pretty handy players. Doedee in particular. Last night they showed glimpses when matt Crouch was part of the action but they're on the precipice IMO. Tex walker is a walking liability. What does he bring to the side?

As for the result they looked more than 24 points away. If they are 1-4 id be swinging the axe in the player department. The crows actually have a pretty good knack of bringing in half ok players and making them decent. Id bring the Fog in and get some games into him if finals start looking bleak.

Paddy danger looks in ominous form indeed. He was held a little last night, but when he got loose he looked devastating. His still has that ability to bust free and straighten up very quickly.

Last year port were 3-0... missed 8
2016 GC were 3-0... came 15th
2016 NM were 3-0... 8th

Two of Port Adelaide's wins were against Fremantle and Brisbane at Adelaide Oval. The other was against Sydney at the SCG - the Swans went on to lose another 5 games at home for the season.

I really don't think there's a valid comparison there, do you?

Three rounds in Geelong fans declaring themselves Premiers - genius :drunk:

FWIW, Adelaide as a football club won't improve until Taylor Walker is gone.
This.
I.have thought for years Walker is massively overrated. I think both his leadership and ability as a footballer is average at best.

Pies fan can’t read properly- surprising.

Literally no cats fan that I’ve seen in this forum has said anything of the sort.
The closest any of them have come to it is to say that so far we have looked like the strongest team in it, which we have.

Miers, Dahlhaus and Rohan. All three are elite for forward pressure, Geelong are suddenly the form side of the comp.
That's not a coincidence. Their weakness from 2018 is now a forte in 2019 and it shows.

I am not sold on Geelong. Their first three games I feel like all the oppostion teams, whilst all of them being touted as top 8 heavyweights.... all performed like rubbish. Collingwood played like garbage against Geelong in round 1, Melbourne was putrid and Adelaide was awful tonight.... I want to see how Geelong goes when a team plays good against them. I almost feel like they haven't done a lot to earn these 3 wins. Just turn up and play standard football and let the opposition make all the mistakes.

Of cause your not going to look and play the perfect executed collingwood game because we are trying to mess it up and we applied too much pressure for you to execute it.

I will give you a hint. When a side makes 3 highly rated teams look rubbish, there is a trend starting to appear that your missing very plainly in front of your eyes.

Add Atkins to those three.

Find one post in this thread saying that. Otherwise you are clearly lying.

Geelong just have a functioning forward line for the first time since...2012? We are just excited is all. But us Geelong supporters also remember the 90s, 2008, etc etc. no decent supporter is getting ahead of themselves. There is a difference between excitement and certainty.

You also left out Tom Atkins, leading the comp for tackles inside 50 and 13th in the comp for total number of tackles.
