Geelong have a really ugly team. Other than maybe Gryan Miers who is decent.

Miers, Danger, Close, Stengle, Stewart and Mannagh all with 7 or more score involvements - including a stack of goal assists between them (10). Dempsey with a couple of goals assists too and O.Henry converted well.

It was Geelong's better ball use on transition that won the game.

Adelaide played the scrappy, chaos footy.

Games are usually scrappy at the start of the year... People these days jist bitch about anything..
Awful stuff for neutral
I watched for 5 min totally

Not criticising the cats they are a great club, just nothing about this contest that would particularly interest neutrals, cats were a lock and 5 min simply confirmed that

So much for Burgess Crows overrunning Old Man Cats.

Pretty young team now.
Gone are the days when half our best 22 had 30+ year old's. Now we only have 6 or 7 of them and more importantly, it's actually a handful of the new generation who are now playing upto the level of guys like Stewart, Dangerfield and Blicavs.

Because they were up by over 20 points regardless half way through the last quarter and had repeat opportunities to seal it, only for Cameron to not make the distance, Miers to miss it all etc.

Undoubtedly that is true and you are correct

But to win on the road with the outs and the umps I think it would have made sense to drop this game
