Our biggest need is a proper big bodied inside mid at least 193cm 95 k and not one who has the speed of a slug

We might use our pick 1 or 2 in the national draft for that guy this year.

Extraordinary. Will take some planning and smarts to sort out how to make each player count. Do we take a tall first or best mid or ruck? So many situations that can happen.

I agree, however you have to be able to field an AFL and VFL team.
If you are getting belted every week in the 2s as well as 1s it’s no good for player development.
At the very least you bring in players that will keep our VFL program functioning.

Brynn Teakle had 20 disposals 5 marks 1 tackle & 16 hitouts for WA in the WAFL v SANFL state game today.
Jacob Blight had 17 disposals 13 marks & 1 tackle

Both were named in the WA best players.

Prestia is already back ... by the MSD Hopper will be back and Taranto will be 1-2 weeks away ... no State League midfielder will get a game in the second half and if they do it will be at the expense of MacAuliffe Dow or Sonsie

They're taken as rookies and generally only get 6 month deals unless the nominate as 18 month contracts. It's basically a free swing, you might unearth a kid who can become a player, if not then it doesn't hurt as they get thanked for their service and moved on.

There's nothing stopping us from delisting MSD players if they're garbage.

We not only need another ruck ( despite having a perfectly good one in Soldo)

We also need 1-2 KPF….at 32 lynch may not get on the park against for a decent run of games
Whilst we recruited Fawcett…he hasn’t been on the park…who knows when we will see him….meaning a year of development is lost

KPD…Gibcus…hope his bad luck is behind him when he comes back next year…but pretty much 2 years of development lost …regardless…we need another key tall back

We need players not supporting roles. Not worth it, can't see anyone picking him up.
Should spend the whole VFL improving his game then maybe in the future.

Whqt are you expecting with 3 MSD picks? Most likely we get 3 players that eventually won't make it, that's the highest likelihood.

Take 3 kids and we might be able to jag a long term best 22 role player which would be a win.
