i personally think Coaching an AFL club is more of a young persons game. Would be a pretty intense, highly stressful environment. Not many 70 year olds would want that at that stage of their lives.

I don't doubt Fagan is a great coach. I think he is. But if they replaced him at the end of 2024 with a younger coach they probably still win the flag in 2025. Their list is stacked.
