Its 1 players actions, it hardly reflects on the hundreds of others involved at Kilmore. Follow due process and learn.

Caught the second half. Banyule outscored Paco by three points, dominated the lastHow’d the go?
Judging by their first 2 “recruits” I’m guessing this is a troll account.Speaking to a Lalor supporter over the weekend they are pencilling in 6 win target for 2026. Have themselves ahead of West H and Turtles and think they can still beat Kinglake with who they have lost and even Watsonia. Massive year for them if they do that.
What commentsWonder if the comments on the NFNL FB page will have repercussions with the comments directed at the Premiers. Regardless if it happened or not the commets dont need to be put up.

I mean it’s “not guilty” not false.Gee the pile on on Kilmore is crazy.
If this investigation proves the accusations to be false, I'd love to see some of these people/organisations apologize and redact some of the things they've said/posted. But I doubt they will.
The incident was reported by the umpires and court coordinators not the club so maybe the pile on is warranted, not the first time Kilmore have been questioned over racial commentsGee the pile on on Kilmore is crazy.

If either of those parties witnessed the incident there is 0% she was found not guilty. The incident was reported by the umpires and court coordinators not the club so maybe the pile on is warranted, not the first time Kilmore have been questioned over racial comments
The umpires and court coordinators were not even at the tribunal to give their views which I find strange. Maybe an nfnl directive I’m notIf either of those parties witnessed the incident there is 0% she was found not guilty.
I’d imagine if was reported by them once they were made aware of the incident from the Stars after it happened.
sureWell it’s not strange at all. They often don’t attend. The umpires and court coordinators were not even at the tribunal to give their views which I find strange. Maybe an nfnl directive I’m notsure
Both umpires and the venue manager gave evidence at the hearing, not in person but from a remote location. The venue manager did not see or hear the incident and the umpires gave evidence that did not support the allegations made against the Kilmore player. The report was made on what officials were told, not what they heard or saw.The umpires and court coordinators were not even at the tribunal to give their views which I find strange. Emotions run high and even worse if it did happen and justice hasn't been done it adds salt to the wounds further. But the Stars and their supporters can control how they act so while I can see how frustrated it may be to have extreme racism go unpunished they need to make sure severe damage between both clubs doesn't take place. The part that blows my mind is one person has been accused of being racist.
Meanwhile on the premiers photo the whole team has been accused.
People livelihoods are up in the air even though them themselves were accused of nothing. How is that fair or right.
I’d be looking into legal action for defamation against the people making those comments
And then the direct messages to the Kilmore page and to individuals involved that had nothing to do with the incident are as vile, disgusting and racist as it gets.
Again I would be collecting them and taking them to police as it is racism and there has been threats made as well.
To threaten people and make racist comments to people that weren’t there and had zero to do with it besides being involved at the club as a volunteer is absolute bullshit and disgusting.
Fitzroy Stars and their supporters have been doing it for years. The part that blows my mind is one person has been accused of being racist.

You've watched to much Law and Order if you think a couple of Facebook comments make a defamation case worthwhile though.
Sometimes all involved need to be held accountable.I don’t give a shit how high emotions are running. You don’t turn around and send direct messages to people like that.
Cause you just might send it to the wrong person.

Interesting point that you raise and will it make a precedent that a player can be reported although the umpire did not witness what is alleged to have occurred? Will this mean that a player can tell an umpire that they were struck by their opponent and although the umpire did not witness what occurred, reports the alleged offender and sends them to the tribunal? What a tin of worms this could open.If either of those parties witnessed the incident there is 0% she was found not guilty.
