Russia and China do not want to give a rogue nation like Iran a nuke. It is in the interests of both countries for the membership of nuclear nations to be as low as possible. It would also be like the US giving Taiwan a nuke. It is a red line with no return, ala the Cuban Missile Crisis.

also, no one is going to use nukes here. Israel "officially" doesn't have any for starters. They're not going to blow that cover for a war they are "winning" and succeeding in all their war aims.

The first nation to use a nuke would be the first nation to be destroyed by them. It is a Pandora's box that neither Russia nor North Korea wants to open. Only a last resort.

When did Hamas give up in Gaza? The whole place is rubble, there's no economic activity and they didn't give up, that was with 1% of the population wiped out.

US has killed 1,000 or 2,000 people in Iran out of 100 million.

Iran are nowhere near death. There are still a million IRGC fighters and probably more lining up for terrorism training as we speak.

State-sponsored terrorism will go up after this attack on Iran, not down. It's cheaper to retaliate that way than to build factories and drones again.
