I think Chom has worked it out. Straight away he sat Bailey on his arse.I’m sure there were several decisions not umpired properly but why wasn’t Logue given a free after Bailey kicked his goal and then slammed him in the back?
I thought they were stamping out taunting?
Yeh man if you can sit here with a straight face and say CCJ was the right selection this week then you're wildly delusional.Piss off
It didn’t look winnable because they simply are a class above us across the park; we have too many weak links to make it winnable against the Premiers
Time to look at the glass half full Spud

Really could've been much different. Expectations are being adjusted too swiftly. The more we win, the more people want it. Without remembering that we are clearly, clearly better than last year; competitive performances/wins with the errors we make suggest a significantly lifted baseline. And Clarkson is back to being a footy coach rather than the principal of a special school. Long may it continueThe faux outrage over a solid performance is laughable.

Larkey and Zurhaar are both 27. One of them isn’t very good to begin with. Saying they haven’t hit their potential is inaccurate.Guys guys guys.
We almost beat a amazing team.
Curtis hasn't hit his potential
Zuhaar hasn't
Larkey hasn't
Our backline is a work in progress but I see the start of it now. Logue looks good. Pink for corr easy. Then we have stacks in the vfl injured or up and coming.
Our midfield matched it. We just didn't cope well with the ferocious pressure at times... but at times we did! It's exciting. They'll learn.
One more thing... trembath. Wow.
Duursma still looks like he has it to persist.
Mckercher!!! O wowee was he up and down. Can't wait for him to be what he can be.
Sorry for curtis/larkey/zurhaar more meant potential TODAY. Larkey shouldve had 2 or 3, Curtis 3.... and zurhaar.... well maybe he has plateud but still as a collective they couldve been so much better was my pointA

i never thought i would be disappointed with a 5 goal loss to brisbane
basic skill errors let us down
zuurhaar is the biggest down hill skier in history except for ice bath
we’re building
If my Aunty had a d*** she’d be my Uncle.Without Luke Parker we lose by 7+
Mate please roll out the players in the magoos who are alternatives to CCJ and Zurharr etc who are ready to hit the ground AFL ready???? If nothing else the last couple of weeks has exposed how shallow our list really is. It’s not CCJs fault that he’s been asked to do more than he’s capable of. It makes me realise that the whole list rebuild thing is still a work in progress, unfortunately. And when we lose Parker, Darling and Daniel (quite possibly at the end of this year) we are really going to be up shitts creeks. How many other AFL teams don’t have a ready to play second ruckman??? Serious question, how the f does that happen?Too many games are being decided at selection atm. That's totally in our control with a week to think about it but we're gifting games to blokes who are not having a dip (Zurhaar) or are just shite (CCJ).
Mate I respect your posts normally but (and it’s not just you) hanging it on CCJ like that is unfair to the man. He’s wearing the jumper he’s doing the best he can in circumstances he did not invite on himself. I acknowledge his limitations but I sincerely believe he wouldn’t be playing if we had other options and that’s on us as a club not him as a playerTo say that CCJ is a shitbox, would be insulting to shitboxes.
Does not deserve to wear the jumper next week. Or any week.
I think that's a bit of a cop out. he's been in the system for 10 years. He should be a better ruckman than what he is. The fact that Darling and Trembath - part time rucks - perform better than CCJ, is an indictment on him. We look a man down with him on the team.Mate I respect your posts normally but (and it’s not just you) hanging it on CCJ like that is unfair to the man. Royals rule 1, you never blame the umps, that game was there for the taking, we messed up, plain and simple.
What stands out is how much we missed FOS in the midfield. As it’s stands his comeback is more important than Xerris and that’s saying something considering how CCJ played.
They just all over the place without him, I don’t want to say they’re selfish, they just gell.

I do agree though that it has been poor list management by the club to keep him on, and play him. Even someone like Cox would have offered more.
He should be.Damn thats not good
