i love the matthew nicks game plan. if it doesnt work, keep doing it. if it does work, abandon it immediately. oh and play all talls, no matter how rubbish they are. and keep the midfield nice and slow, thats hard to play against
Gotta be his final season if the Crows don't make the top 10.

It was kinda working first half.

1. Numbers behind the ball.
2. Slow ball movement
3. Pre-tackle all players
4. Hope to god the Crompires whistle in your favour

Rinse and repeat.

Coach killing material. Should the Crows fans curse or rejoice?
If a Showdown thumping gets rid of Nicks, then we'll rejoice.

It won't happen though (Nicks being sacked that is, your mob should win comfortably).

When it clicked for Lions, it was awesome to watch, looking unbeatable.

Crows looked pedestrian, midfield not at the level of top teams.
Lions are Premiers so should be awesome to watch. So much youth and enthusiasm too.

The Suns are very strong in midfield now, and look a chance this year ? A couple of TOP Backmen , and Above average forwards too. BUT , loved Witts prior to this season but the new Ruck Rules are killing him ( and your chances)

Are the Suns going to address this issue ? Ring up Xerri I reckon ;) Suns would be a Super-show then.

Something is off with Suns. Not adequate pressure and contest (bottom 6), a lot of players look out of form. Will it click eventually? Who knows, haha. I am not overly optimistic. Apparently, they are working on it.

I would expect Moyle will get opportunity any time now.

It was tough to see Nicksy pulling so many tactical levers during the game to try and help the boys but they let him down and just weren’t up to it.
Yes, playing 4 tall restrict any "tactical" option.....maybe that was his plan as he tactically is shit.

Disagree, ABAB. Nicksy is one of the top line coaches in the league, taking the Crom to a minor premiership just last year. You’re very ungrateful for what he is doing for your club, which is disappointing.
