Not just CNN. Also the NY Times:

Coincidently, yesterday I heard that NYT is pushing its israeli agenda by reinforcing Iran's capabilities, and basically saying that the US has done little damage and needs to go again.

There are certain truisms that you can rely on, irrespective of what media you're reading...and one of them is that Israel wants to achieve its promised land and its willing to fight for it.

Don't worry, it can all be avoided with intelligence, strong historical knowledge and skillful diplomacy.

Village People Dancing GIF by de chinezen

and a strong grasp of comedy basics. People undersell his skills in that area.

They fire over 50% of their global missile stocks and all they cause is “a little damage” 😆

I have no idea about the truth of the figures. Hasbara from both sides. Ironically, the US trying to understate what Iran has left and Israel trying to understate it, or so it would seem.

Talking about figures, it seems that Mossad took a break over the last week to fiddle the figures in Eurovision. Obviously, no functional human being would ever vote for Israel and yet they came 3rd, i think.

It seems that claims of "antieurovision" are being made by the israeli team. The word is that there is a biblical passage that says their god promised the eurovision prize to israel.....2000 years ago...who can argue with that.

The following video came up on my feed and I thought about the israelis killing iranian leaders.....I'm sure that the israelis would say that the Iranians are responsible and should pay a price...

Maybe this is a more civilised way of making a point. I'd like to see this happen more often..

This war is not primarily about Israel and Greater Israel.
Israel is a creation of US imperialism.

Greater Israel, like Israel, if it comes about will also be a creation of US imperialism.

It is also nothing to do with religion.

It is the antechamber of WW3. The US has failed to reverse its economic decline over the last 35 years with an endless series of localised wars and interventions, combined with economic measures (sanctions, trade embargos and most recently tariffs).

The US now has decided to adopt the genocidal policy of its proxy Israel in Gaza openly for itself. Trump openly threatens the destruction of Iranian civilisation and makes unsubtle threats of a nuclear holocaust against Iran.

The US cannot catch up with China. Therefore it is now hell bent on conquering geopolitical chokepoints in preparation for conflict with China.

Religion is a diversion which plays a completely subordinate role to the collision of imperialist interests that are now threatening humanity with a catastrohe.

I don't think it reflects a state desire. I think it's more of a reflection of the Jewish Diaspora and its supporters being willing to sway a public voting system to support their "other" home country, which happens in most countries, but I can see why the Jewish Diaspora would be doing it a lot more this time, since the competition was boycotted by so many countries because of Israel's appearance.

Sure, maybe those being paid by Israel for social media posts also voted, but it's not like they would have rigged the vote too much. If they did, they would have won every vote in every country. (I could be wrong).

Let me take another tack. There are people who say that the israelis would never have murdered JFK. Whatever you think, the deaths of key world figures over the last couple of years give you cause to ponder....

I have a general rule. If the outcome appears to provide support for the promised land, then anything is possible. While a euro win is a tenuous inclusion, it is reasonable that a goal like this might be considered worthwhile for a mossad agent or their connections across europe.

Meanwhile, back at the main game, we all await news of Trump's next orders, which evidently he will receive in the coming days.

Trump has to go to Bibi, tell him what Putin told him, then Bibi tells Donnie what to do.

Then Donnie tells his stock-broker, then Hegseth, who tells his own stock-broker, then the Military. Then Trump announces the decision he is going to make to the public, sees if they like it or don't like it, then rings the stockbroker, then gives the red-light or green-light.

No wonder they make it sound difficult to get anything done in Washington in this administration. The extra checks with Israel, the friendly press and the stock-brokers is really slowing things down.

the megalamaniac's legacy might be hastening the fall of the american empire. china must feel he is the gift that keeps on giving. my view is a primary reason for his visit to china was to seek help from xi in getting him out of the mire he's created in iran. they hold all the cards you dumbass.

"Future historians may well see the Iran war as the moment the US unwittingly ceded leadership to China. If so, it would not be the first time that a change in the world’s energy matrix led to a reordering of the political hierarchy of nations. When humankind taps new power supplies, new empires rise and old ones fall. Realignments tend to be violent"

The decentralised decision-making of iran doesnt help...although they have been quite consistent over the last 2 months.

In other matters, I recommend this article for those who want to know what the US evangelicals are up to. We know from earlier this year that Israel was going to pump millions of dollars into evangelical pastors to get their flocks back on course. However, cracks are showing.

Seems like round 2 could be underway soon, the UAE having been corralled into place in the last week or so.

I think that they've been told to commit to the zionist project and take Lavan island near the strait...

Interesting bit in rupertnews. The article written by one of those young eager stupid ambitious click baiters speculates on why Netanyahoo told the world about his UAE "secret" meeting. The UAE has tried to tell the world that it didnt happen. Why so? Self-preservation.

The wet-noser was puzzled why bibi spilt the beans....maybe he forgot where he was. Obviously not, it's just a typical epstein zionist technique of pushing someone into joining the gang. Bibi knew that if the Iranians knew about the meeting that they would go harder at the UAE so it would solidify the "friendship" between israel and the UAE.

Something that should be noted by australian politicians....we should break off all communication before it's too late.

On Eurovision it just needs a bunch of people who don’t usually vote to tilt the vote balance of the audience vote

Crazy that republicans over 45 would choose support for Israel over cost of living

Trump's latest declaration on Truth Social:

"For Iran, the Clock is Ticking, and they better get moving, FAST, or there won’t be anything left of them.”

(Yet another threat of genocidal intent)

He followed this post with an AI-generated image of a map of the Middle East overlaid with the American flag, with red arrows pointing at Iran from every direction—hinting at a US ground invasion of Iran.

Earlier, Trump had posted an image of himself pressing a red button on a command console, with mushroom-cloud explosions shown on an overhead screen—in the latest signal that he is considering the use of nuclear weapons in Iran.

It would be a huge mistake to think that Trump is "joking". He is consciously shaking the sabre of nuclear weapons to try to terrorise the Iranian regime into capitulating.

It is certain that the Iranian regime does not take Trump's threat to use nuclear weapons seriously.

But such is the crisis of the Trump regime (the dollar denominated financial order on which US imperialism depends to avoid insolvency is under mortal threat) that literally anything is possible.

The Iranian regime, which has no way out itself but to try to strike a deal with Trump, does not understand the depth of criminality and ruthlessness that animates the US oligarchy.

If they did understand, they would not have so many times fallen for the same trap: turning up to negotiations, only to have their government leaders assassinated.

Since the October 7th attack, Israel has finished 2nd, 1st and 3rd in the public voting.

In 2023, before the attack, they finished 5th. Doesn't seem to be correlated to the jury votes. I'm guessing it's just diaspora more inclined to vote for the Israeli state as a form of nationalism.

I agree, it seems the war is about to amp up and the only thing the Israelis and US are waiting on is the UAE to participate.

I'd be evacuating the UAE right now, if I was there. All Iranian fire is going to be concentrated and Israel is going to be laughing it's head off that they started a war with Iran and UAE is copping the damage for it.

Eurovision was fun when it was Terry Wogan commentating pissed and being rude about everyone, these days, meh.
A drunk Gervais/Merchant/Pilkington commentary on Eurovision would be legendary.

Probably demonstrates the power of propaganda, especially when it's delivered through religion.

Also probably demonstrates why the Israelis have quadrupled their hasbara programming to about $800m this year. I read some time back that they were putting a lot of effort into programming evangelical pastors. I dont think that they've given up the belief that they can still maintain control of the evangelicals.
