once you are 6 down you have to stablize the innings and look towards using all your resources.

Steven Smith did just that, if he tried to slog it early and got out we don't make 159.

Once Daniel Smith got out, they got 19 off 23 balls. That was the stablizing off the innings not blasting out and losing more wickets as you wanted them to do.

Where did I say anything about Steven Smith blocking? Once Daniel Smith got out he stablized the innings without taking a risk until the last ball of the 14th over at which point they had made 19 off 23 balls since Dan left.

T20 is the last game where you need to concentrate on 'batting out the overs'.

My stats might be a few balls off but it does not change the fact that after being 6 down they stablized the innings instead of slogging away. Once the innings was stablized they starting attacking again. When they lost Daniel Smith (over 11.2 to 14.5) show me where they attacked in that period?

Like this Smith kid, and that flipper should've been out!

Something to work with, got some big turn the other night and you get the impression he has a good head on his shoulders just from the way he reacts to pressure. Will watch with interest this season.
