Was at the swans subi game. Embers struggled a bit early was blowing hard when he came off but worked his way into it and set up a couple of goals needs another week in the wafl before we look at bringing him in as sub. Newman was alright looked like the time at afl did him some good

Do you think he would right for a 1/4 as sub?

Nope, not anywhere near ready IMO. And that's not me talking as a Swans supporter. :)

Garlett is A grade material should of had 5 goals sucks that we won`t be able to draft him .
His best game for the year, in seniors, by a country mile. Was starting to question him and he does this, lost the fear he had earlier in the year, was a beauty. :thumbsu: Surely there are some rumours we could start up about him? :p

Another big game for bradd

Bradd was pretty average, did some nice things by foot on a couple of occasions. He's the king at selling team mates into trouble. Does it on a consistent basis at WAFL level.

Shane Nelson with his best game yet for WP. :thumbsu:

You would hope so, straight in for McGinnity.

How much game time did embers play?

He come off for stretches particularly early but got stronger as the game went so about 3/4 maybe more.

On garlett he was good got swans going in the third seemed a bit selfish at times but a good prospect nonetheless motlop was good some good hard tackles and Austin picket for subi showed a fair bit.

It's taken him all year to go anywhere near the contest. ;)

" THE WEST " AFL WATCH

J Brennan - Played with energy but litttle impact .
M Brown - Could not stop Jeremy McGovern but bobbed up with 18 touches .
B Dalziell - Worked hard for 27 disposals and seven tackles .
B Dick - Soundly beaten by Aaron Holt . Zero impact .
A Hamp - Just six touches and damaged a thigh in the reserves.
J McGovern - Improving rapidly as key forward and second ruckman .
F McIness - Lively but inaccurate with 16 possessions , eight marks and five points .
M Newman - Finished with two goals , but otherwise relatively quiet .
C Papertalk - Two goals but little impact in the reserves .
A Smith - Had little impact .
K Stevens - Bright second term but hampered by shoulder injury .
L Stevenson - Steady and reliable display as rebounding defender .
A Strijk - Lively display as a high HF .
T Swift - Highly influential with 28 touches , five tackles and six clearances .
A Embley - Solid but unspectacular hit-outin first game back from shoulder surgery .
S Tunbridge - Effective with 12 disposals and a goal but reported for striking .

McGovern and Swift of the Claremont crew doing well , sounds like Strijk was on drugs but as a club I think we are over that period now so he should be delisted !o_O
Murray Newman was evidently sick all week with a virus , so I have put up an excuse for him !

God i would love to see:
In: McGovern or McInnes
Out: Lynch
