From The Sunday Times
" Mark McGough , Bradd Dalziell and Koby Stenevs were tremendous as the sharks made the perfect start with the ideal blend of experience , youth and AFL talent "
" It was a game full of AFL talent , with 11 WCE listed players and three from Fremantle . Of those lining up for the tigers , Neates was especially good an the first half and Tom Swift battled away in the middle but his disposal let him down , while Stevenson was terrific off half-back and through the middle . "
" Dockers rookie Sam Menegola was a good forward target for the Sharks , Jon Griffen dominated the ruck and Mitch Brown , Jacob Brennan and Brad Sheppard were solid in defence . "
" Peel's consistent pressure allowed Eagle Scott Lycett to come into the game . He took several contested marks to boot two second-half goals ,though he was guity of missing several other chances from set shots "
" West Coast rookie Fraser McIness was impressive in his battle against Fremantle - listed Peter Faulks , booting two goals for the match and providing a strong target up forward .
Dropped Eagle Sam Butler was solid across half-back , but did not have a great impact . "

Fyfe will be top five in the league in 3 years. How was he let go by so many? Didn't he dominate colts?
