Speaking of straps, in today's Age article USC now refers to the "cash-strapped Saints". Someone should give the reptile a thesaurus for Christmas. You can defang a snake but the venom still remains.

Caro attacking the fiddlers.. confused now.. what's that about my enemies' enemy..

Good to see Hat make an early appearance.

140kg, is that respectable for a 21-22 year old footballer?

140kg is respectable for anyone.

As I said a few weeks ago, MacMillan is a monster for his age, he's huge across his chest and shoulders.

Wouldn't be surprised if he had a similar career path to Sean Dempster down the track.

Very.

Particularly from Jamie.

Nowadays, 3 seasons of training and a footballer's strength is poles apart from when they first entered the system.
He is a big lad.

Listed at 188cm, I think it was Oh Errol who said that he looked taller than that, and I have to agree, he does. Reckon he's around the 191cm mark and is filling out well. Should be quite powerful with a few more preseasons under his belt.

He is.

He'll fill out nicely Tron, has quite a nice frame. I'm sure Pykie said something similar with regards to being a stronger body than what we imagine.

In terms of body shape and size, he'll look a lot like Enright on the field. (Not trying to incite any Enright - JMac comparisons :eek)..

Edit: Didn't see Pykie's comment.

If he's closer to, or just above 190cm, and is developing physically along these lines, can we wish for a Martin Pike-like career, please? (all with NMFC, of course).

I'd take 4.

Quick question re the Utah training, is it open to the public, and where is it held?, i'm up here in the states atm and looking for something to do, and a trip across to Utah could be on the cards, I promise i won't get stuck into Brad whilst i'm there.

Jacobs shouldn't go too heavy on the weights, need to get that aerobic capacity up big time and he can become a super player

Heavy weights wont affect his aerobic capacity. If anything increase his fat free body mass. A high calorie diet exceeding his energy expenditure will ruin his aerobic capacity

This is how close they will let you to the open sessions...you will need a telescope.

Where is the giant count down clock?

Every drill has to be about the last 5 minutes of a game.

I want to see clocks...lots of clocks in the next post.

I didn't mean the actual weight of the weights lol he can do weights but not over do or over use them. His muscle mass etc will take care of itself while his aerobic capacity can use some work. I want to see him do all the hard, in and under work and still be able to run opponents off their legs and drive them 6 feet into the ground for good measure
