I agree. I think a lot of it comes down to his fitness levels. He's had a few injuries over the last 2 years too. Missed a lot of the pre season this year I believe

Taylor agreed to terms a couple of weeks ago so it was just a matter of dotting i's andcrossing t's before an official announcement.

Dotting i's and crossing t's = wait for him to play a decent game, so they could announce it on the back of that. Obviously gave up on that happening this year.

Was never worried about lewey, never bought into the 500k a season beat up.. he asked for a big price, tested that price in the market, and settled accordingly.

Love him, unique character and someone whos journey I want to watch unfold.

We can't afford to lose any other young players whom we have recently devaloped.
