Do you think we should draft a young ruckman this coming draft ? , Lycett is so injury prone played 50 games probably in five seasons and the injuries will reoccur unless he gets super fit and starts dong yoga everyday like SPP does !!

Maybe. We'll still have NicNat, Lycett, Giles and Vardy on the list next year but if there's a decent prospect we can get into the pipeline then that'd be a good move.

Lycett's played 59 WAFL games in that time in addition to his 50 AFL games. He was behind Coxanui for the first few years then Sincanui in 2015. And a lot of his injuries are impact injuries - broken ankles, dislocated shoulder. I don't think his fitness is an issue.

Had OP supposedly in 2015 plus two small knee operations before his PCL , i reckon he is a quality ruckman but I'm pessimistic on the fitness of NicNat and Scotty . Hopefully Vardy continues on .

Plus our midfield group seem more adaptable to not winning all the ruck knockouts which is a good transition of our game plan .

Kpf is a much bigger need than a ruck although vardy will probably play a more traditional key forward role if he's going to get games next year

Pretty sure he re-signed again last year, but i notice he's still in and out of the saints best 22.

Maybe he's just no good? Can't say i've ever truly bought into the hype, big body but doesn't play like it.

Doubt LeCras will retire. And tbh we'll still need him. Cripps and Hill don't offer a huge amount and Rioli is still an unknown and after that there's no one. Mitchell, I think it's to early to call, so far I think he could go around another year. The rest I agree with except for maybe Snadden I think he's likely to be axed.

I think redden will be retained,hopefully on a lesser contract
Also you could add potential trades.one of McKenzie or Schofield will go which means goiter will probably stay

Clubs need to stop being such pussies and be open and honest with potential recruits.

Delete your social media accounts and dont re-open them and you'll be drafted by us. Give the player the ultimatum and the chance of a career rather than pussyfooting around.

Just like all the other Clubs we were put of by his woeful beep test results and the fact that he needs to learn to apply some defensive pressure.
From memory his beep test was 6 or something close to that.
