Good game tonight, up to you now Adelaide if you want to play finals. A win tomorrow night will put us two games clear of Hawthorn, North, St. Kilda and possibly Freo and Port Power with 3 games remaining.

North have shown you don't need to bottom out for 5 years when you rebuild. They finished top 4 for 2 years in a row in 2014 and 2015 then went all in for 2016 which didn't work and decided to move on some of their older guys in Petrie, Dal Santo and Firrito. They went from being one of the oldest lists in the comp to a great balance of youth and experience within 3 years to now be in a position to have another crack at it in the next 3-4 years.
Hopefully we decide to do the same at the end of this year and Cull some veterans and get some quality youth in and then hopefully in 3 years we are on our way back up.

North were never even remotely close to a premiership.

So all they proved is like us, its easy to finish in a decent position more years than you don't.

I'm also doubtful their current list of talent will take them anywhere near a premiership either.

I'd much rather be North right now. The kangas are playing with a hard edge atm. Crows have been playing weak footy and getting bullied around the contest.
