is back at North Melbourne as the footy operations manager. Highly regarded by Roos players & staff. Fills a role the club likes to hand to recently retired players. Macmillan is well set up for the next step.

He's a smart cat dude, has ran his own side businesses whilst playing AFL and has completed a commerce degree at UniMelb. This is very much an organisational role, nothing to do with the football side of things, just managing shit so that the footy people can do their jobs. He knows the people, knows the landscape and can hit the ground running.
