We always get out of the blocks quick with the swimming and when that ends it starts to dry up

There’s been 169 cases of officials and athletes getting covid. It was idiotic to have it. And some of our aussie athletes are now in iso due to being close contacts of a positive case.

The same losers who say they are glad it’s going ahead, are probably the same losers that complain about people breaking covid rules here. Completely hypocritical.

I was watching the coverage earlier when they discussed the situation, and a high percentage of the cases are Japanese locals who are working in various roles (volunteers, officials etc) within the Olympic bubble

So it's not necessarily that those coming from other countries are the ones bringing it

And yes there's been 2 cases today with pole vaulters testing positive, but the 3 Aussies who had to isolate have returned negative tests

Not getting any media coverage at all but our Men’s Laser sailor, Matt Wearn, is on the cusp of winning gold. After bombing the first two races he’s been unbelievably consistent since then as the breeze has also picked up. If he wins, we will have won this class at the last 3 Olympics with 3 different sailors.
