Why should I give a figg what their draft history is like, don't know, don't care. It would be disingenuous for that to influence my opinion on what they managed in the last two nights. They killed it. At any rate, let's not call the kettle black. If you're praising what is historically worst recruiting team in the AFL, while bagging out us, maybe you should possibly reconsider your opinions.
Just a thought.
Well that’s problematic then, unless there is an unforeseen retirement/delisting.We don't have a list spot
That would be very unforeseen.Well that’s problematic then, unless there is an unforeseen retirement/delisting.

So with pick 40 something you wanted a forward that would get the number one defender ahead of Harry and Charlie? No pressure Lemmey![]()
It’s sad but true. I love Ed but fear this makes sense. A developing ruck would pose the “smarter” option you’d suspect. I also tend to think TDK might not be a Carlton player in 12 months so 12 months development might be crucial in a 200cm kidWe passed on our last pick, and are intending to use it on rookie’ing Ed.
Question. Is he worth it anymore? Would we have been better off going for more youth, another KPP?
We’ve just drafted two endurance beasts, we also traded in acres for the wing. Do we need Ed anymore? Endurance beast was his thing. What will he offer next year for us?

TW, Who would you have picked with pick 32?
fair effort!Hi Carlton fans.
I had you for our mock draft.
I took
Weddle, Binns and Lemmey for you.
So pretty close. Weddle was a personal favourite so I took him early.
Looks like you have addressed the outside endurance need with your picks.
Best,
Chop
Well considering the crazy deal they got from the Hawks, the Swans were right to ask for massive overs."Apparently" if we had traded back with the Swans for 14 and 17 (wanted massive overs), we supposedly would have taken Weddle and Allan
Sounds right, although it would have been 'wanted', rather than 'taken' with Allan, because Pies took him before Swans' second pick."Apparently" if we had traded back with the Swans for 14 and 17 (wanted massive overs), we supposedly would have taken Weddle and Allan

We could get smashed by opposition rucks playing TDK with Lemmey...Both Harry's and Charlie, TDK ruck changing with Lemmey

A good point. People were doing virtual high fives, air kisses, and the whole works in here after the Matthew Watson draft. Full points to anyone who can name the talls we took in that draft (without doing a Google search). We supposedly smashed it.For those flipping out don't stress. I have been watching the draft closely for 15 years. There have been heaps of times where I have been disappointed by a selection that turned out great and vice versa. You can't make any definitive conclusions at this stage.
That said, I like our selections.
