Even though he hasn't been prolific today I still just love Jhye Clark. Seriously everything you'd want from a captain on field, never let's them take a mark without making sure they have a face full of dirt afterwards. Wouldn't say he's the most talented by any means but you know you'll be getting 110% from him every game.

Clean gathering, not releasing

Fair enough. I like how well he reads the play. I like that he can play in and out. I like that he’s willing to take the risky kick. His kicking worries me, but that based on 50 minutes of football.

Personally, I’d love Jefferson at 10. There’s something arrogant about him that I love. Could see him lighting a game up with Charles and Harry.

Humphrey will go very early. Can’t see him being available at 10.

makes some of the comments earlier in this thread by people who haven’t even watched him play quite laughable doesn’t it. He’s a beast.

I have not changed my view. Jefferson or Hollands. Happy with either one. Jefferson sadly can’t kick for goal so he would fit in perfectly.

Cadman just blasted that goal. Could see him lining up next to Harry and King Charles.

They keep calling him a McKay clone, when he plays extremely similarly to Charlie.

He won't make it to us.

It's not that I don't see the talent, or that he probably will be top 10 due to current production, it's that I see him as largely the finished product.

He has these moments where he goes a bit 'crab' like in his movements, like some inside mids that lack the ability to weave after the first lateral movement. His kicking is powerful, but he loses a chunk of that power when running.

I think if we were to draft him, it would improve our clearance unit, but it would force players out of the team within 2 years and in some ways might only be a marginal difference. Not sure that's how we should be spending a high-end pick at this time.

People will find his playstyle popular, but I think you need to build the team around him a little bit to get the best of him. The same reasons that Will Brodie should have slid further in his draft, you can see the same about Humphrey despite him being more skillful.
