My team value is low and cash gen is slowing, I gotta find the bargains. Closer to $600k for Bazlenka doesn't scream "must have", there's a heap of good options around the $550k to $650k mark.

Sure for a luxury upgrade (eg. Cameron to Baz or Bont for a small amount of $$$), but I'm still finishing my team, can't think of luxury upgrades right now.

I think that means if he played under 5% forward this week then his season AVERAGE per game would be under the 35%.

If he doesn't play his average will stay above 35%

His current average would be his time spent forward [effectively] divided by his 9 games so far.
Not 10.
If he only needs <10% forward time now it would indicate that he is well over the threshold now.

It's a %, not a total amount of minutes.
