Interesting that clubs prefer to trade for a broken O’Meara or an aging Mitchell then enquire about M Crouch

It just shows how little opposition clubs rate Matt and his inability to defend, or hurt the opposition with his possessions

Not like any of us on here didnt know this, but this article is still worrying. To my mind, we should just forget these days about recruiting from Vic Metro...which basically means we lose access to a population of what, 4.5-5m people? Also, Crows aside, what would be so friggin bad about living in Sydney or on the Gold Coast? Players are hardly being moved to Horsham!

If nobody takes him as an unrestricted free agent, will we delist him?

I would still think he is good enough to be on AFL list.

Atkins was good enough to get 5 years at Gold Coast, Crouch needs to have a chat

You have to think the AFL will have to impose new rules .....they shouted "Draft Tampering" ten years ago .....now silence .....competition equalization now officially a joke

The AFL isn't interested in the one way player any more unless they're elite offensively

The rules on who you can have in your VFL squad are much looser than the SANFL, they don't need to be AFL listed

You might still want him for injury cover in the sanfl. There are worse mids than Crouch still in the league

I don’t get it. We tried hard for JHF, but he wanted Port. We tried for Bowes (pick 7), but he wanted Victoria.
