Anyone got any thoughts on where Cadman would sit in next’s year draft compared to other KPFs?

Even if we get improvement next year (we bloody need to), we will still get a top 10 pick, likely top 5.

Pick 1 = Pick 3, 12 and 15 not Pick 3 and 12 or Pick 3 and pick 15

Normally agree. Perhaps other clubs think the top end is even as well, meaning 3 and 12 cuts it this year.

I think you'd want 12 and 15 in that scenario.

Or 12/15 and F1. If we do 1 for 3, F1 needs to be added. GWS could be low again next year.

Why not get Cadman, keep JHF and lurk the psd? JHF is worth a lot more than pick 2 which effectively is pick3.

I'm equally happy keeping JHF.... in the other scenario we wouldn't be just trading JHF for pick 2... its pick 2 and a future first and push further for player too....

I found the Adelaide one a little more interesting. Even though JHF has requested a trade to Port, Adelaide would be stupid not to have a crack, and with a top 5 pick and potentially a better first rounder next season (most aren't expecting them to jump up the ladder next season) they can provide a better offer than Port and it may just be enough to sway Port into action and sell the farm.



I'd be telling JHF we can't get you to Port, but we may be able to do a deal with Adelaide, it's your choice you either stay here or the Crows.

Half as we’d have pick 3. I am backing in Comben, Larkey Zurhaar, Thomas, Curtis in our fwd line .

So we would have two top 5 picks plus Clark

We offload 1 to GWS for 3 and 15, so have

Take Cheezels and Coldslaw at 2 and 3 hand over 15 for Clark and pick up baby Boomer with chump change.

Ok, thats closer. Perhaps that future first gets us Clark. Although i wouldnt be against exploring a Xerri (plus extra) trade for him given Goldie going around again.

It would be in our interest to really sell the idea that we want Cadman at number 1. Like through Kingy raving about him.

Then, GWS actually give us some value to move up and we get our top 2 guys anyway (if WC/Port trade happens).
