Jaith? Haven't even seen rumoursAnyone heard anything more about CJ or just rumour mill ?
You can see why Liam was overlooked by us if his match sim was anything like his performance against Weiters in the last game. Absolutely monstered, which highlighted our perceived deficiencies in his game at AFL level (3rd tall a little different but he prob didn’t get that attention in our pre-season).Should of been on the main list with Liam mccahon
Leek Aleer could be in the frame if Saints go for JSOS because it's probably one or the other for them.I like all three prospects but they're not the centrepieces of a Charlie trade
If we're to trade Charlie it means a hard reset and more than likely rebuild
I want 2026 first round picks and young players in that order.
Those 3 along with 2026 first(a) is more like it but it'll have to be something other than just GWS's first.
GWS have the capital on their list to go all in on Charlie if they valued him for a premiership tilt but they'd have to do the work to get there first.

The way they’re throwing around the AFL’s cash at the moment they’ll likely take bothLeek Aleer could be in the frame if Saints go for JSOS because it's probably one or the other for them.
And both Flanders and McKenzie too instead of one or the other then? The way they’re throwing around the AFL’s cash at the moment they’ll likely take both
While I wouldn’t put anything past them to become “the destination club”And both Flanders and McKenzie too instead of one or the other then?

I think it’s more of them trying to make massive noise around signing “the best free agents” on paper. PR exercise & SOS wanting to win every trade week especially now Dodo’s goneWhile I wouldn’t put anything past them to become “the destination club”I think it’s more of them trying to make massive noise around signing “the best free agents” on paper. It's a business decision alongside a club culture fit. Tribalism doesn't really serve that, or a genuine sense of community you want from a sporting club.Shiel had his chance to come to us
5 years later ?
No thanks
The system requires we make 3 list changes a year... we haven't been in a full rebuild and the biggest changes were last off-season, but largely all thrown into acquiring Jagga. The ‘we need to rebuild’ panic merchants need to realise we’ve already been doing it on the fly since the start of 2023.
22: Hollands, Cowan
23: Moir, Carroll, HOK
24: Jagga, Lord, HOF
25: Dean, Ison
26: Cody
By Round 1 2027, you can easily see all these players in our starting 23
If I see another article linking Papley as part of a Curnow trade ill.
Why not? He fits a need for us and has plenty of quality years left.
I love a bit of Jones chat, I haven’t watched him this year but quite a few have said he’s cooked, so I had a look at his numbers, no drop off in disposals or marks compared to other years.
Every club drafts players every year. The ‘we need to rebuild’ panic merchants need to realise we’ve already been doing it on the fly since the start of 2023.

If JSOS makes a STKLeek Aleer could be in the frame if Saints go for JSOS because it's probably one or the other for them.
Yeah, and we need to continue doing it with no half measures. The trajectory of our list and the current departures suggests as much. The ‘we need to rebuild’ panic merchants need to realise we’ve already been doing it on the fly since the start of 2023.

This is the first season of his career that he's played less than 15 games. No he doesn't as he is now injury prone and too old.

Tom Jones Papley?Sorry wrong Jones.
Not a draft pick, but I think we can add Frankie Evans to the list D7. Think we found a good one here and only turned 24 last week..The ‘we need to rebuild’ panic merchants need to realise we’ve already been doing it on the fly since the start of 2023.

It’s not unusual…Tom Jones Papley?
Hey, stop knocking us little blokes. Its not the height that matters, but the size of the heart.Love the kid but he is about 5 foot 8. Same local club as Brent Daniels who goes alright at about the same height.
Absolutely, been a really good player. Has had a lot of injuries, would not touch. Not sure a rising 33 gear old Adam Treloar answers any problems for us.
Seems to have really upset a large section of our playing group. Don't think their is really any other option, than give him the heave-ho.sounds like lij is going regardless what offer we get. they just don't want him around. just wish they didn't give up on him
