i think we have to snap up Bucks asap otherwise he WILL coach another team, and i for one will be extremely disapointed to see that.

I agree to the first part ... the title should be All Coaching Speculation so there's no confusion. IMO.

Earlier this year i was pro MM, after ANZAC Day i felt the players stopped listening st,kilda and carlton didnt help at that stage i thought probably best we get a new coach i was almost certain not bucks

I am now leaning towards MM our best are coming back its clear we are moving the ball faster and more direct and we are sitting in a good enough position after a disastrous start

There is no dark side....only our side.
I won't hesitate to change my mind if I see a good enough argument or evidence to support it.
In the end it's all about what's best for the club.

It'll be interesting tonight when Football's First Hag interviews MM on Footy Classified tonight. You know the first question will be about the upcoming position at Richmond - no doubt he'll have had some serious pre-briefing about what to say there!

Don't let Bucks overshadow the real gem, Scott Burns has served his apprenticeship with WC and is the most impressive person and public speaker of all the candidates.

Not sure Burnsy is ready to put his hand up for senior coaching. And that's knowing the bloke personally.

But he'd make a good one.

This is the sort of romanticism that has no place in the decision making process in terms of deciding who our senior coach will be next year.

It should come down to one piece of criteria, who is the best person for the job. As much as It'd hurt to see him in opposition colours I'd prefer to give ourselves every opportunity at obtaining the ultimate.

mick's been great for us. we've had a pretty ordinary list until only recently and he almost won a flag with them. i reckon he deserves the next year or two to see out the things he's put in place. two years and then Burnsy will be ready to come over. i reckon Bucks should swallow his pride and come in as an assistant.

I'm Happy for Mick to keep coaching until he wants to retire, after that i'd like to see Scotty Burns or Bucks step in.

I suffer from jealousy and would really struggle to see bucks taking digs at the pies from across the fence. I do however think mick is an outstanding coach and our end of year form will go a long way in determining where he is at and whether buckley will substitute him!
