Agree ....why can't fox have a WA PEROSN On fox ?....

I don't want a biased WA person on commentary any more than I want a biased Adelaide person (Gerard Healy is close enough, and I'm sure we all still have nightmares about Glen Jakovich the boundary rider).

I just want commentators who will call the game straight down the middle - not calling "good free" when he obviously didn't actually see what happened.

I missed the first qtr so I don't know what he was like then, but he's normally one of the best commentators around at doing his own team imo.

He usually gets genuinely excited for any team playing good hard footy, whether it's against the Crows or not.

Completely agree. Croaky voice aside, I reckon he's one of the better commentators to listen to - WHEN he's not commentating on Adelaide.

He was completely ruining a pretty exciting second quarter.
