He wasn’t in the first half. He was soundly beaten but came back nicely. He will play like the unicorn he is. Darcy in the ruck and Jackson giving him a rest.

Gotta like Jacko in the ruck, and being a real follower, and also getting ahead of the ball. His athleticism is awesome.

Freos mids also turning it on, they can go fast or slow, nice to have tricks up sleeve.

Though North got startled by the headlights so it's hard to get a real measure.

Ever the optimist, what choice is there really when you think about it?, if North can get playful and broadminded again, get 2 snags, game on!

It's been 30 years and I'm yet to enjoy watching us play. Even the wins

He’s a Bilcavs type could play bits on the wing or pinch hit for clearances in the middle, where ever you need him.

Nah, but the comeback may have been delayed. Freo getting a run-on and smashing the game was always going to happen, just a matter of when.

The thing with being a s**t side is that you really have to put the extra effort in to compete, and have everything go right to be on top for a while. The better side still has the chance to adapt, rubbish teams don't. And, no mistake, for all that taking the game on can look good when things roll well, North is still a bad team with few options in personnel or style.
