As always, admin kill the comp before it starts and then try and sell the product as exciting instead of preordained. Gotta protect that base so the division stays put after all, that way the players still in system can all mass tothe top 4 and job done.

Some extremely bad decision making in this game. Absolutely no spread so every ball is kicked to a contest and inevitably lost. On top of that the umpiring is extraordinarily one sided.

Another loooong season. And probably a usual garbage draft pick once everything is pushed back. Why are there so many very high draft picks running around on almost every other list? We have Patrikios, Smith (even then only 6), and Friend (who we definitely didn’t nail at that pick).

We haven't really had access to it.

The past 2 drafts have either been completely compromised with the new expansion groups getting handed all the top players (far more than we got in our 1st draft) or a 'fake' draft filled with mature aged, top up types.

I think even the other other ‘middle” expansion clubs - the ones the year before being North and Geelong - also seem to have had a better deal. Only Richmond of our group has shown anything and that seems to have been solely through going all out trade and helped by the broader club success / big club.

Wow, that was truly woeful. Yes, North is a very good side, but watching that was just system v no system. Everything about us sucks. Yes, there were some soft frees but mostly North got a lot of frees because, like everything else, our tackling and attack on the footy was ill disciplined and lacked skill.

At least in the first couple of years, we had a fair dinkum coach who was showing some improvement. We just seem to be treating this whole thing like a joke with Dal in charge. And don't give me this "we were dealt a bad hand" rubbish. Richmond started the same season as us, made finals last season and just knocked off last year's runners up on their home deck. Why do we now have two teams to torture us?
