Over the course of the season he has kicked 7 extra goals in 10 games compared to Schulz who has played 9 games. Not that significant at all. Especially considering Schulz just kicked 6 against freo, give him another game against a top 8 side and it would be equal

When you are talking about a stat where the best in the league average somewhere around the 2.5-3.0 mark, to suggest that 0.4 is insignificant, is completely ridiculous.

And actually, by my count, Hawkins kicked 28 goals in nine games against top eight opponents (kicked less than three once). Schulz kicked 19 goals in eight games and kicked zero or one in half of those games. Which would make Hawkins' average 3.1 and Schulz's 2.4. And Hawkins' median would be three, Schulz's two.

Also if Roughead makes it, they should go with 1 ruck. The bunch of midfielders competing each other for that final bench slot have been better than Sandilands.

No where near a lock for the squad of 40 - hasn't played enough. Mackenzie, Hooker and Talia are the only KPD locks.

Commentary also mentioned he hasn't missed a game in 3 years (I assume since the moon boot around finals time in 2011). Very durable to go with his negating skills. Just so in control of...everything, except his own disposal by foot at times. His feet (disposal and injury) are certainly his least inspiring feature. Not a footballer by name, but everything else is stellar.
