Lol... Richmond seemingly clinch 9th in the last round :p
have to hope carlton loses by a big margin, and they can defeat stkilda by an even larger margin :o

Carlton could possibly do very well this year, they have a good forward, a growing midfield, and they have a good chance at knocking off some of the stronger teams.

I had Melbourne up and down all season, top4 for the first 6 rounds, falling out of top8 to 9th at round 15, staying there for 4 weeks, then floating around bottom 8 for the rest of the season.

Port Adelaide should also feature strongly this season, and build for next.
sydney wins and wins and wins...
west coast lose 1st round, both derbies, one against port & aami, one against wb @ td & one against stkilda @ td

prems: sydney
runners up: freo

harbor side vs sandgropers continues for 3rd year ;)

Must have gone wrong somewhere. There is just no way that some of these teams will be above BRISBANE!!!

exactly right. once we get 16! odd posts in this thread then we'll have a good shot at someone getting it exact, but until then...

...then again, people are trying to predict every single result this season, so perhaps the chances of getting it exact are (0.5^8)^22=1.04404^-53.

Wow, maths is useful afterall. I owe my year 10 teacher an apology

Looks right to me. We will be top 4, dont know about 1st, but the games we have to close to call, ive got us in by 6 points. Didnt realise how good our draw actually was. Games I think we might lose are round 5 against sydney(SCG), round 7 against dogs(TD), round 8 weagles(SUB), round 17 port(AAMI), round 21 freo(SUB). We have 13 games played against teams in the bottom 8 of 06 and collingwood who we flog every year anyway. 4 losses are interstate games, and ive broke even with the dogs for a 1 all result.

oops!

I was surprised with what I cam up with

1. West Coast
2. Sydney
3. Adelaide
4. Port Adelaide
5. St.Kilda
6. Geelong
7. Melbourne
8. Kangaroos

9. Fremantle
10. Western Bulldogs
11. Carlton
12. Collingwood
13. Hawthorn
14. Essendon
15. Brisbane
16. Richmond

A bit sqew whiff, but not too bad for a March prediction :thumbsu:
