Picks 2 (Andrew Walker) & 6 (Kane Tenace) in the 2003 National Draft. Both seem to have foot skills issues but who would you rather have in your side.

Personally without any bias here Walker is clearly the more versitle player. Has played CHB, Wing, Onball and FB. Sure I agree that his kicking skills at times can let him and the team down but without doubt gives more of a option than Kane (Im as quick as hell but cant find the footy) Tenace.

16 players on the ground thanks. athletes
Athletes or not. Can't speak on behalf of Tenace but Walker had a very good year even with the groin injury he was carrying. Now with a shortened preseason he'll stay help Carlton make Melbourne there bitches!

Tenace has more runs on the board, Walker is the better overall athlete.

Answer: Who the hell cares?

Last 15 games Carlton has won 5, yeah, we're your bitches

It seems the number of people suffering insecurities after the realization of Walker's undeniable ability has resulted in a massive increase in the amount of Walker related topics of late. Forget your jealousy, and take solace in the fact that you will have witnessed the greatest ever footballer and athlete our great game has ever seen. :)

And no, it is not a joke. You have been warned, and it time all you naysayers will realize just how wrong you were.

2006, when carlton finished bottom.
2/2.

Premierships: Carlton - 16
Melbourne - 12

Can someone find the all-time Carlton V Melbourne stats.

You're worse than any Melbourne fan, talk about living in the past by wanting to compare games from a hundred years ago.

The best way to describe Carlton's year last year is that their highlight was beating Melbourne twice, how ********ing sad is that :D

Yes, quite sad that the supposed "premiership prospects" were beaten twice by arguably the worst side in decades. It's a pity Melbourne didn't make it past Hawthorn, would have loved a certain ticket through to the next round in the NAB:cool: .

Here's more proof that Carlton fans are happy with just a NAB cup victory.
I couldn't give a ******** how my team performs in a practice match, but I guess when you barrack for the mighty blues you need anything to pin your hat on :D
Who knows, Carlton might arse another win against us again this year, that'll keep the masses happy for another year :thumbsu:

You have obviously started this poll in retaliation to mine. Did you not understand when I pointed out the difference between the esteem in which each player is held at their respective clubs?

Read carefully:

Tenace is not even guaranteed a game at Geelong, yet Walker is a god among Carlton fans. And half-wits like parrot were trying to claim Walker would be among the best 5 players down at the cattery.

This thread doesn't work

By the way - Tenace was pick 7. Given Walker was pick 2, it is safe to say he is by far the bigger disappointment

I went with Walker.
Tenace looked set to have a good year but got injured. Hasn't really played consistant footy, will have to make an impression soon.

I haven't seen much of Walker but the games I've seen he has had the job on a gun player. I was impressed by him when Geelong played Carlton last year. He was playing on Ablett. Gaz kicked the first 3 goals of the game but Walker was left on him and Ablett didn't do much after.

Seconded. Dud City.
Were we discussing Trotter? :D
About time we had a VFL Poll on here cos thats where both of em will play most of the time this year
Tom Williams board.
I'd rather the extra space in the salary cap. I choose none of the above.
You'll have plenty of space when White, Neitz, Yze, McDonald and the rest of your senior matchwinners are finished in two year's time. :o
Neck and neck in the dud stakes

But walker is by far the more disappointing
Pinning your hopes on Hawkins is all the more disapppointing since Scarlett couldn't win a flag for the Cats despite being a star player.

Has he cut his hair yet? ;) :p

Abletts are cursed. :o
I'd take Walker, but neither would make Geelong's side unless injury struck.
If Charlie Gardiner,Johnson and Sam Hunt can get a game for the Cats, then Walker would be in your best 22 and be selected ahead of Rooke week in, week out. Tenace is the next David Clarke and he wouldn't get a game as a running player in our best 22 this year.

He owns Prismall as well.
