One day i was watching the news and there were all these Iraqis and US soldiers and tanks and they had chains tied to Hamish and they pulled and oulled till eventually he was toppled over....

Then some dudes starting hitting him with their shoes.. *ouch!*

In the last game when they were being smashed by the opposition ... Norths captain asked for a head count.... there were 19 on the field however.. two belonged to the ruckman...

They were all confused though because they couldnt find the full back....

One day I was on bigfooty and I started an Andrew Walker thread. A bloke ( or a bitch) named TheHeatleyStand starting cracking jokes that were funny to him but not to others. As I kept bagging Walker, he had no facts or evidence to suggest Walker was actually good.

I now feel sorry for this bloke and send my condolences to his family.

Walker may only show his talent in spurts ATM, but it's inevitable that he'll bring it all together. You can see that just from watching him. And when he does put it together, you'll know what we mean by "long-term" player.

He is similar in hight and build to Jarrad Waite, who if you recall didn't play a single game in his first season. He was always gonna take more time than the shorter, stockier and slower, ready-made midfielders in the draft.

When Drew Petrie finishes up his career in aFL (wont be long now) he will make an excellent crash test dummy.. (problem is he doesnt quite have enough flexibility)

Even more amazing is that they claim Walker should be given more time (which I agree) when both Wells and Goddard showed more in their first two seasons than Walker has.

Well if you listen to some of the reports around the traps, Goddard will be playing for Carlton next season. I'll wait for some confirmation either way before I take sides.
