For me it all depends on the coach for 2026. If they get a new coach in who blends well with the players, and they dont lose any of their stars, then they could well give it a shake in 2026 and 2027.

If everything stays the same however, it could continue their decline.

I'm all for the blose pile on, in fact guilty of multiple charges in the banter thread.

I draw the line of those feeling schadenfreude or worse openly gloating about some poor kid openly crying his heart out at the capitulation of his club against North, the media are complicit here, I thought they bordered on crossing the line using Buckley as the go to shot instead of should've been using Simmo in that GF. Was a kick in the guts for both coaches there.

But this, this is certainly out of bounds in my view.

I may have taken a dig at the blues posters about it in the banter thread, and I regret that and concede my wrong there.

So please, neutral and Pie posters, leave the kid out of it. Using it as ammo is not the reflection you want it to be.

Maybe later in life but right now that poor kid has the spotlight on him because media aholes and now he'll be targeted at school.
