They ruled he didn't hit it as the run was changed to e leg bye. What was interesting was impact was taken as being back pad not front pad which I thought was hit first.

Yeah, but it was given not out because only 49% of the ball was hitting the stumps.

So the decision was "umpire's call - missing leg stump"

Except we know that the umpire's call was not out because he thought he'd hit it.

For all we know Aleem Dar could have though it was cleaning up leg stump and he'd have given it but for the edge
