I put it to you that bomber was never leaving. I can only hope Cook does muster up the guts to drop Bomber. Just to prove your so-called sources wrong. Clown ey, that's cool. Well now he has covered both bases: Thompson is a certainty to leave, and Thompson is a certainty to stay. Now he can claim, either way, that he got it right.

He is a complete and utter tool. If only the wider BigFooty community could recognize this...

beedee appears to have some links to the media, I think people have to understand situations change and his predictions might have a big portion of truth to them but might not necesserily go all the way through, makes for interesting reading regardless.

Geelong wanted Walsh, but Port have upgraded his role at Port $'s and is staying put with the next 4mths off with paid leave

I've enjoy bee dee's work as well. But has just lost some respect on the Thompson issue. back in May bee dee reported that bomber was gone and has continued this line recently as well, now suddenly one night before review is handed down.... He's gone. that's all I'm saying.

Hardwick to Port
Barker Development ass coach at Hawks
C.Fagan and K.Sheldon were chased to head up the footy dept and overlook the coaches, knocked back by Hawks as they have jobs at Melb and StK.
Still on the lookout for the right man who is fully experienced to coach the coaches

Mostly right but not up to date. Hardwick has agreed to stay now. Contract yet to be signed though. Barker and Robson were negotiating his position this week.

Pagan was gone before RD22 and was to be sacked the 5th Sept after the board meeting on the 4th. The AFL stepped in and threatened the club if they went ahead with it they would recieve limited funds from the AFL ongoing. So they had to go back and keep Pagan on after a 15min board meeting on the 5th after interviewing Mitchell.

Collingwood what him fulltime but my understanding is Carey is not interested in a full time role. He would have to give up media commitments and move to Melbourne as well as turn up on time.

Or maybe its because Carey has spoken out again Malthouse's dubious tactics in the coaching box just as Terry Daniher did in 2002 and only last one year.

Malthouse likes to be surrounded by "yes men" ........oops, did l say that aloud !!!

He just bought a pad in the HM@S development in Port Melbourne.

Whilst we finished quite poorly, we were the highest scoring team in the H&A. I dunno how much he had to do with that, but it wouldn't be nothing!

If he is replaced with a full time forward coach, I have one word; Daicos.

YES, but Daicos was offered a position last year and turned it down b/c Carey was getting a truckload more that what one of Collingwood's greatest sons was offered..........

Personally, Daicos would be worth it.
