Are we getting Conor McKenna…And whose pick 7? Still a bit to flesh out but as an early guess it’s safe to say Holmes is a walk up start on the wing replacing O’Connor.
After that there’s a hell of a battle but injuries will probably sort a lot of it out. I’ll go with:

I think it's too hard to pick right now. Will need to see how preseason form and injuries shape the starting lineup for round 1. As for "The Best" 23, who knows? There's a core group of Danger, Stewart, Hawkins, Cameron, Stengle, SDK, Atkins, C. Guthrie, J. Henry, Duncan, & Blicavs. After that, I think it's up for grabs for the other players to take their chances and play well during the season to get a spot.

Reckon Stanley and Ceglar will be managed to get through the year. Nice to start the season with a debut.

Depends...
How long ago did GC mention they'd include pick 7 as part of the Bowes trade? Was it 18 months ago when we first showed interest or mid-season when speaking with his manager?
Or as repeatedly shown, is out interest in Bowes genuine & pick 7s a bonus?

What made us win the premiership was looking after the older blokes through the season. We will have to do the same to have any chance - to win a premiership you need a lot of things to go right for you. That includes injuries, player form, ball bounces, players improving, tactics being on point. There is no reason we shouldn't be competing again - the only thing that will slow us down is if the older blokes start to drop in form or injuries creep up on us.

The leadership group made a presentation to Jack..including Chris Scott ... and told him that he was in our best side.
His talent as a junior was high end... I look forward to see what he offer in the strongest side he has ever been a part of.
Shame we are home to Hawks Easter Monday would’ve been nice to get them twice under the guise of a home game to celebrate 60 years since 1963.
