As far as I can tell the system isn't very integrated, the weighting system is rubbish and it has a fair bit of 'all else being equal' so a 50/50 that was under severe pressure and was turned over is punished as harshly as a turnover in space - unless they classify it as a clanger. Then you have to remember on top of that - it isn't objective because you've got a human recording the stats. So anything like clangers or pressure acts all come down to the fellas watching the game. I mean at least I'm pretty sure thats the way it works. So a flawed ratings system has very high weightings on rather subjective statistical categories. Sounds like a good recipe. Champion data are a bunch of dim wits. Only thing they did right was get the AFL's contract.Yep have no idea what these crackheads are running but its the only system we have![]()
