I’m no expert, but have a background in sports science. Charlie has a pretty noticeable knee valgus (knees collapse in). Can never actually be sure if biomechanics attributed to all his knee injury issues, but I feel it’s fair to assume it might have played a part.

Not dissimilar to Jarrad Waite, to be honest. Pretty similar athletes, just Charlie has a better aerobic base.

Jacky Russell is not a miracle worker, but hopefully he can work along with Charlie to get his body right for the long term.
