There is no allegation she knew the BBC was providing children to Jimmy on a regular basis. The person in question was Peter Morrison who no evidence was ever presented against (see Waterhouse enquiry)

I would need to read these offending articles to be in a position to comment. FWIW it #1 doesn't sound like a position Bolt would take in response to a clear assault on a juvenile (if it was). #2 sounds more like it, and its a fair enough charge which I agree.
