I often wonder what sort of women wants to marry openly misogynist figures like Bolsonaro or Duterte. Do they just love power, or do they also believe women don't deserve rights and are there for men to objectify?

The swiftness of leaders around the world to do the below is clearly an attempt at dissuasion.

Imagine if you will, the squirming rodent that makes up the brain of the average MAGA numpty:

"Why would Biden need to say it if there wasn't something to hide? This is proof!"

We may well yet see Bolsonaro try 'a Trump'. Nothing is beyond the nationalistic Antidemocratic Conservatives.

Lying is about the most prevelent policy any of them have.

24 hours later and Bolsonaro still hasn't commented (although he and his wife have unfollowed one another one Instagram).

Truck drivers are blocking roads in 18 out of 26 states, some of his supporters are calling on social media for a total highway shutdown and/or a coup. Some of his allies have recognised Lula's victory, others are pushing a soft concession line (he lost but there were injustices in the race). Nobody is still entirely sure what he's going to do once he comes out of his seclusion.

Bolsonaro got 49% of the vote. Undoubtedly, his support in the country is significant.

It’s also undoubtedly the minority though, as 51% voted for Lula.
Makes you wonder though what happenned to the over 20% of the people that didn't turn out to vote in a country where voting is compulsary. Who are they? Why didn't they vote? Were they able to or prevented in doing so?
