This is pretty much Rattens team + our two skippers (and Jones, and arguably Casboult)
I suppose the bulk of the players brought in during the second half of the decade won't peak till 2020 onwards and should dominate the next one

It makes sense that most of the team was that era as they played finals, 2015 on didn't.

I thought about throwing Walsh in but he only had 1 year, not quite enough body of work imo. Weitering was close but Henderson got in ahead based on his finals performances, and again not enough high quality body of work.

Weird topic considering we been so s**t for so many seasons of the decade.
Does not appeal as a small project to set the mind to look into.
Successful decades do appeal.
I expect next decade it will be a decade worth thinking about the team of it for us like the 1970's and 80's would have been,
