The way we played was textbook total football, such an even performance.

Atkins, O'Connor and Mullin will need to clear out their pockets before they leave the stadium.

Blicavs and SDK just competing well and showing off the talent gap, the extra player allowed for the pressure.

We were robbed of a more suitable margin

We were blessed with midfield goals. Brisbane couldn't plan for that. We laid so many traps for Brisbane they ran head first into them all night

That was utterly dominant.
Must fix up the goalkicking but we should seriously win the flag from here we are in the box seat now.

Best thing was we fixed the goalkicking within the game.

For the past two months, I've been super impressed at how much our mids are holding their own. Centre bounces are no longer an automatic liability for us.

The tagging is elite, Atkins is back to full fitness (hard to tell the difference he's so tough, but it's the little things), and we've changed up the mix in there too.

We went up against what I've believed to be one of the best midfields ever assembled. And we beat them.
