Going to be way too slow on the spread. GC have so many good runners. Loved watching Rioli this year.
I'm not embarrassed.Nope, can’t say I will ever be embarrassed by Freo picking Fyfe for a game of football.

I've always thought Dimma was a mug..Geez well it appears the triple premiership coach isn't up to the great swanny1234's level of tactics and strategy.
Yeah exactly this... if you're gonna risk him, let him do it at home in front of the fans, not on a wet slog on the Gold coast in front of 50 people.I'm not embarrassed.
TBH I'm worried for Fyfe.
Fyfe is a legend.
But for the majority of 2024 he struggled. No knock on him, his body let him down. And this on the back of a disappointing past 3 years or so.
It would be a miracle for him to shine out there tomorrow.
Much more likely he gets shown up.
That's not right for a true champion and someone who has given his all for the club and for us.
I just want the best for him.
I don't want to patronise him. But he wouldn't be the first champion to struggle to see that he's not ready to deliver.
I hope I am wrong.
If Fyfe has a day out we will thrash that nepo baby.
LFG.
The cult of Fyfe is strongHow does an unfit injury prone Fyfe get picked ahead of NOD
What a ****ing joke
Fyfe can't kick or handball anymore it's embarrassing
Be prepared for an outstanding performance from Fyfe if he plays and I’m not convinced he will, in spite of being named on the interchange bench. How does an unfit injury prone Fyfe get picked ahead of NOD

Sure, we are all worried that his body may not be up to it. But, it seems they are going to use him as the sub in heavy conditions that are likely to suit a big body like his.I'm not embarrassed.

They wouldn't have put him in if they thought he couldn't do 30/45 mins.
He doesn't have to be defensive, just big body getting the ball out to the others.
He's pretty good at that

bit of overreaction around here. Two time brownlow winner who can play forward and mid is not a bad sub. Presumably Darcy will come off for him half way through the third quarter, injuries permitting.
Fyfe also a break glass emergency if we are getting clowned in the middle. For mine they are the best midfield in the game, and also the best half back line.
We have come back into a bit of form, I think we’ll give them a shake.
You're assuming that no-one will get injured early ie we won't need the sub for what he's there for. That is a significant risk before you factor in playing an elder statesman who hasn't played for 279 days or whatever. Risk x Risk = Oh Dear.bit of overreaction around here. Nekminnit, both teams have a late withdraw of a ruckIf the plan is for Darcy to hit every contest with Witts like Nankervis did against Xerri, then ill get behind it.
But im hoping JL is doing all this for the LOLs. LATE CHANGE: Darcy OUT with knee swelling, Aish IN.
