Betts was too easy to drop. Even if he's not going super well, bit hard for the forwards to do much when they barely see the ball and it comes in via such poor ways and delivery when they do.

Likelihood of Wilson playing anywhere near his best position? Slim. Likelihood of him being dropped after another single 12-possession game where he's shunted off to the periphery somewhere? Almost certain.

And I like Otten. I think most of us do. But Jesus, it's depressing seeing him back in the seniors.

Otten for Talia is the only logical way he comes into the side.

Keath as the third tall is mobile, quick and semi-attacking; Otten is not.

great news for Paddy Wilson - absolutely deserves his chance being a standout all year for the SANFL team. But FFS crows, don't shunt him to a half forward flank!!

Stengle should add a bit of nip and Otten?? - they must have a specific player in mind they want him to mark

No idea if he's up to it, but he deserves a shot by sheer weight of performance.

I hope we play him in a position where he can actually get involved.

Surely if we were replacing Greenwood this was a perfect chance to bring back Jones, Gallucci or even try Fogarty up forward....?

I guess I just don't rate Wilson at all and don't see a future for him at AFL level. On top of that, he'll probably get the graveyard shift and look atrocious and offer nothing because the only spot he can play is inside mid (and we won't play him there)

I don't have a problem with Otten being selected. This is exactly how depth players should be used; to give sore best 22 players a rest.

Wilson makes us slower in midfield. Deserves a go but yikes. Matt And Paddy make us slow. Would have brought in Gooch for Greenwoods spot.
