However our selection is ridiculously s**t.
We have so much talent not playing.

We have done it with Gibbs but it's too safe.
Bring in speed and aggression.

Will see a marked improvement.

If they are brave enough to drop Gibbs for his lack of defensive pressure then Matt Crouch should be spending some time in the SANFL, but of course Pyke and Co. won't do that, too weak.

I think they should be brave and drop Talia for lack of goal kicking and most certainly Obrien for lack of forward 50 pressure.

Bet they are too weak though.

Was about to come in and post that I reckon both clubs will come out firing and it might be a very aggro game based on the meta-game happening - wouldn't surprise me if both clubs are prepping for it internally! I can't wait for this game. Come game day I'll only want to watch us win of course, but part of me just wants a close game for the spectacle.

The story doesn't add much more than what you said. 4 stitches in the upper lip when he hit the back of Greenwood's head in a tackle. Other than a teammate saying this is the hardest training session they have had in 3-4 years (cliche anyone) there isn't much substance to the article.

On Tex and the flack he cops, one person that somehow escapes media criticism is Charlie Dixon.

Tex compared to him has had a great career. I know Charlie does play in ruck a bit, but Tex has played 50 more games, yet kicked 207 more goals than Dixon.
